I'm always happy. But we all have our defining moments.
See, happiness is continuous and not just a temporary
frame of mind.
Anger, sadness, frustration, disappointment, etc., these are all momentary conditions. Happiness or unhappiness is a
lifestyle choice. We either choose to be one or the other.

Well, I could say yes. I have some personal problems but as long as my family and friends are well then yes I am Happy.

I have alot to be thankful for, but am I happy? no not really, I need to get out of "Hell" (aka Tampa FL,) and back home to NY, then I'll be happy.
