i am going to be 63 in dec. this year ---according to statistics that is considered old ,but if you ask my heart it always says i am not a day older than 36 ,that is young as young can be
and when i am playing with my grandchildren i am not a day older than 9 and that is quite young at heart ,but when i am writing this answer i want to be younger than 9 and be in the world record book to write here at the age of 1 year because that is the right age i want to be permanently so i have no worries ,one cry and i get milk/water/food/toys/kisses and love unlimited wheras at 63 i am worried what will happen tomorrow .yes i am young and will remain young at heart always ...thank god for my imagination and power to remain young permanently

It depends where you're starting from. I like to think I'm still young, but I'm not (although people think I'm younger than I am), but I don't really 'feel' any differently from when I was 17. So does that make me young at heart?

It's never too late to have a happy childhood so get out there and enjoy some kids. Show them what was really fun before all those computer games and television. Play hide n' seek in the dark or tell ghost stories around a bonfire. C'mon you old fogey's lighten up and have some real fun. I know how to stay young.
