interesting how an answer you got to one question turns into a new question.
while those who refer to sweaters are correct, the term turtelneck in the context from the other question refers to yrou foreskin and the manner in which it covers the glans/head of your penis. Much like the way the neck of the sweater covers part of the wearers neck.
But don;t give those who dislike turtelnecks a second thought. They are in the minority anyway. Most guys have them and they are the nartural way to be. Circumcision is neither natural nor necessary except in the minds of those who have little or no experience with a complete penis.

dude its a sweater also it is a refrence to a dudes unit and the staus of him being circumsized or not i think the turtleneck refers to not circimsized

It's a term for a guy thats uncut! As in "he has a turtleneck"! I also heard rumple foreskin and anteater in my school daze!
