Heya.

I just bought a brand new computer, with XP pro, and its basically the exact same as XP home.... Anyways, On my laptop, it has professiaonal to, but to get in you have to Ctrl, alt delete, then theres a drop down to choose a user, u click the user, then you enter your password.

With my home computer, you just start up, and theres a screen where u can swich users, ect. Is there anyway I can get it like my laptop?

Sorry if this doesn't make much sence, Im in a hurry... LOL

Go to the Control Panel and select User Accounts. Click on the link to change the way users log on and off.

Hi. The laptop is set up for multiple users. Remove the lower prived IDs. Leaving just the Administrator. Then change the way users logon to not require a password..
