Kidney bleeding will usually show up as blood in your water and stomach and colon bleeding will usually show up as blood in your stool or a black stool.
Bleeding from a haemorrhagic stroke would show the common stroke symptoms such as partial paralysis, blackouts and loss of mobility in the arms and legs and loss of coordination, impaired or loss of speech function and brain disorientation.

A bruise is internal bleeding, although people usually mean something bigger and more life-threatening when they say internal bleeding. If it's bleeding just under your skin, yes, you will see it and it will look dark red like a new bruise. If you're bleeding inside your stomach though, you won't be able to see that. I'm pretty sure you'd be in a lot of pain and feel like crap if you had internal bleeding going on. Your body's pretty good at telling when something is wrong with itself.

Depends on where your bleeding is. If it is internal in your stomach but high up, stools will be black. If internal bleeding is lower, there will be blood in the bowl. As far as a blood vessel that has broken it generally shows up as a bruise with pain. Blot clots on the other hand can be quite tricky. There should be pain, tightness and redness in that area. If you are bleeding internally however, you should also have chills and will eventually go into coma if left untreated.

RE:
How can you tell if you have internal bleeding?
Will it show up under your skin? Like a bruise looking color? Or would it be no color AT ALL?

Internal bleeding is not easily observed from the outside. The victim would usually develop signs of shock without blood loss or minimal blood loss. Other signs of internal bleeding would include tight and painful abdomen and chest, the vomiting of blood or discoloration in skin. Blood in the stools could also be attributed to internal bleeding.
However, one can never be sure unless one goes through x-ray tests or other confirmation tests (CBC) by an authorized practitioner.
Other kinds of internal bleeding are
* hemorrhagic stroke, haemorrhagic stroke — stroke caused by the rupture of a blood vessel in the brain
* cerebral hemorrhage — bleeding from a ruptured blood vessel in the brain
* blood extravasation — the leakage of blood from a vessel into tissues surrounding it; can occur in injuries or burns or allergic reactions
* hyphema — bleeding into the interior chamber of the eye
* metrorrhagia — bleeding from the uterus that is not due to menstruation; usually indicative of disease (as cervical cancer)
* nosebleed, epistaxis — bleeding from the nose
* ulemorrhagia — bleeding of the gums
Now, a Bruise (contusion) develop when small blood vessels under the skin tear or rupture, most often from a bump or fall. Blood leaks into tissues under the skin and causes the black-and-blue color. As bruises heal, usually within 2 to 4 weeks, they often turn colors, including purplish black, reddish blue, or yellowish green. Sometimes the area of the bruise spreads down the body in the direction of gravity. A bruise on a leg usually will take longer to heal than a bruise on the face or arms.
