It just does not work that way. By the time you were experienced and trained enough to be an actress all the Disney programming will have changed, not that you can pick the roles you want when you are first starting which you cannot.
The way to become an actress is to start being in everything at school, take professional lessons, be in more plays, develop a resume, get a head shot and try to get an agent==a process that takes several years!

just to point out.
we don't say actress its actor, for male and female.
sorry, its my pet hate
if you are just wanting to be an actor because you like the look of Vanessa Hudgens then don't.
acting is a passion,
people do it because they love it.
if you are passionate about acting
(if you are then why are you asking this question as a little research through yahoo would have given you 162,000,000 answers in 0.23 sec.)
if you are then depending how old you are you will need appropriate education,
so if your doing GCSE's then drama, English and languages are a big focus
if you have finished secondary then studying drama at collage would be best and then uni.
BUT
be aware that there are a lot of things in the courses that you may think you wont need to be on the Disney channel. this is because it is not a course for you just to be on TV on the Disney channel it is a course intended for all areas of acting.
you might also want to look at getting some knowledge in camera work, as this will help you when the director talks about the shot.
the next step is to get a agent. theres millions some really good, some that wont get you any work. so careful when approaching them be suer to check them out throughly.
and as for getting on to the Disney channel, well i would give up.
hope it sorta helped [=
!!!!!!EDIT!!!!!!
just in case you do want to be Vanessa Hudgens.
for High School Musical 3 Auditions

I'll be blunt. You're no longer going to be a popular actress. The odds are extraordinarily stacked towards you. Go get lunch in LA, and you'll meet multiple actress/waitress who desires to be the following superstar. To be sincere, your odds are even worse. Now that Sandra Bullock is a celeb, she will also be choosy approximately what she does. An actor who has no longer made it giant takes any and each and every feasible function, hoping to get spotted. If that suggests making a song on a cat meals commericial, you do it. Only being in a single exhibit isn't a well begin. A few popular actors make giant cash, however the leisure are not able to even help themselves with performing. Are you going to be the only in one million who hits it giant? Probably no longer. If you move the scientific monitor, you'll be able to make a well dwelling. Even in the event you are not able to fairly make it into scientific college, you'll be able to move to PA college or NP college or get your MSN, and you'll make a well dwelling.

Not saying you should give up hopes, but that's a very 'picky' future. Audition for everything! But DONT make acting the only thing in your life, because most likely you will be spending more money on acting than getting paid. Try to put your name in as much as possible to get noticed. And be sure to check on the reliablility of agents and anyone offering service. There are TONS of people out to rip you off so be careful. Even the smallest roles are important. But don't sink to a low, if its a job that degrades your acting or anything that could give you a bad reputation TURN IT DOWN even if they say it will make you rich and famous. Other words: Stay head-strong, don't be gullible, and GET OUT THERE! :) Good luck!

Take classes. Acting, drama, etc. When you teacher(s) and parents adore you, then you know it's time to get an agent. When you get an agent, be sure to tell him or her what channel broad casting you want to be in (which is Disney Channel). Here is the website.
