use this formula
watts/volts=amps
amps X volts = watts

So if your widgit uses 1 amp at 6 volts = 6 watts
Solar panel does not produce enough power.
I don't mess with solar enough to know about voltage the panels produce but the formula works for any voltage.

You can buy a 24 watt 6 volt panel if you want. So I would have to say yes.

You can aswell get a portable charger if you want one that has mutli settings.

Usually these panels are rated by watts.
The voltage of the panel isnt enough to answer your question.
However 4 watts is a very small amount of power. Less then most light bulbs.
