I don't understand your question...

Be very careful please, your going to hurt yourself and others if you follow through with this.... please don't do this to dupe a man or your family. Others shouldn't have to become emotionally tangled up in your obsession with looking/feeling pregnant. Anyway, pregnancy doesn't really make your belly hard.... only contractions will do this. This is my fourth and I'm telling you that the uterus, amniotic fluid, and placenta make for a softer stretched belly. Only after the 2nd trimester is there any slight hardness and thats only the babys body. Maybe you should try harder to get pregnant (like in vitro) or adopt. It's not the pregnancy thats the most amazing part, it's having your baby. PLEASE don't do this to snag a man or to get attention..... theres nothing respectable about that, as a matter of fact once people figure it out.... they'll only be hurt and angry at you for playing with their heads like this in the first place. If it's a sexual fetish..... then don't be ashamed of it, thats alot more understandable than doing it for love and attention. I had a friend that convinced myself and others that she was pregnant but, it didn't take long to figure it out.... people aren't as stupid as you might think or hope for them to be.

IM me at jo_momma_82@yahoo .... I really want to talk to you and help you out, I promise I'm not going to take a judgmental stand point. I want to help you work through this.

You can only get a hard belly from strengthening your "abs"(abdominal muscles). Try doing sit ups - feet held down by a chair &raising your body from lying down to sitting up using only your stomach muscles. How about doing it whilst watching TV ? You work up from a few to ~100 - 3 sets of repeats with a breather between. The secret is to start slowly & increse gradually, f you over do it you muscles will get very stiff & sore, but do not stop even if sore. Muscles are sore from lactic acid build up, only more exercise will help clear this.

Running for general muscle tone and crunches to target your abs. Also eat lots of fruits and vegetables and fiber-rich foods (this will help your intestines eliminate toxins and reduce bloating) and be sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

If you are pregnant, there is nothing you can do.

If you have a protruding stomach, see a doctor to rule out a growth of some sort. Most of the time it will be a cyst.

Situps. The best kind are stomach crunches.

These are the hardest muscles to keep in shape, so make sure you do some morning and night.

I'm not sure I understand your question. Do you work out a lot? It could be muscles. If you're in pain then maybe a tumor or constipation. See a doctor.
