Personally I think I need to do alot of improving, but I don't want to look "hott" like all those other girls want. I just want to look pretty. Any tips for me? Like should I get a tan, NOT dye my hair blonde[cause i do], etc.?

Definitely keep the blond, but maybe get a new hair cut. Maybe layered or shag cut. You have a beautiful face and bone structure. If your hair is shorter it will show off your
pretty face. Try it, it will grow out if you don't like it. The blond
suits your coloring also. Sure would like to see your new look!

you should leave the hair the color it is now, it looks very pretty, it matches your eyebrows and skin tone perfectly.
as for makeup i think you need to bring your eyes out more. Try wearing a vanilla or peach colored shimmery eye shadow highlight your brow bone with it and cover your eye lid. i would keep the blonde hair, the natural looks to flat on your face.

i think you should keep the same hairstyle that you have now, but change your color back to normal. or at least dye it brown or dirty blonde. the blonde right now looks sorta weird. but you're really pretty!

you look naturally pretty anyway but one thing that stands out is your eyes ...maybe use more eye make up?
