Because that way if the person survives the lethal-injection the authorities won't have to deal with a lawsuit over dirty needles.

because if anything contaminates the needle after use, it may interfere with the effect of thesolvent used to end the life of the next jerkoff that they inject

that is a question, i have often asked. it doesn't make any sense to me either because the person is gonna die anyway so it shouldn't matter if it's sterile or not. another one i'd like to know is why do they have braille on the atm machines?

Because if you don't the person can get infected and spread it around. It is very easy to get infected with a syringe. And it can be contagious. Hope I helped.
Oh and by the way all syringes are pre-packeged. And if you get a used one already than again, you will get infected.

Respect for fellow humans.
Even when someone is being put to death this should be as respectful and dignified as possible. Otherwise you would be increasing the punishment illegally.

capital punishment and healthboard certification are two different things. it's the US they have strict healthboard guidelines that every place (yes even jail) needs to follow
