No way! I don't like either names for a girl or a boy. Sorry :(

Bennett is more definitely a boy's name, since she will probably get called Ben and that's a boy's nickname which really doesn't work well with girls like other nicknames like Jamie or Lou. Finley is really cute I think, very tomboyish though. The nickname Fin works well on either sex, but since this is a girl, maybe you should consider a more feminine middle name. Finley Madeline? Finley Anna? Something she could put on a business card to indicate she's a girl lol.

Anyway, just go with whatever you really like. For some reason, I don't think a name like Kaia fits your taste lol.

Bennett sounds kind of like a boy's name and Finley is most likely going to be misspelled a lot.
