Good question. Suck it up man! None of the good things in life will fall in your lap. Often, you have to step way outside your comfort zone to get what you want. If you have trouble improvising, sit down and think of 5-6 different things to say to a girl you don't know. (ex: Those are really cool shoes, do they hurt your feet?...) anything to get them talking. Women love to hear themselves talk, all you have to do is give them a reason.

i have the same problem, accourding to professionals it is lack of self esteem or low confidence, or shyness. its just somthing you have to get over.
