This administration believes they are answering to a higher power - one that is known, apparently, only by them and in whom they have complete faith - conservatives, generally, don't look into the future, so repercussions about anything they do is always a surprise to them.

Not a day goes by that I am not tempted to start posting quotes from leading democrats about Iraq's WMD program, or when I find myself reminding people that CLinton fired cruise missiles at suspected WMD sites in Iraq as late as December 1998. In fact, Saddam Hussein was public enemy #1 until Bush took office. Then as soon as Bush took office he was "contained" and no viable threat. Go figure!

I thought that the phrase "lie based war" had run its course - apparently there are still people who continue to disseminate this lie.
For what its worth - if there were any validity to this phrase, it would incriminate the whole Congress for not impeaching Bush.

Bush 1 was defeated in his re-election bid precisely because he failed to "finish the job" in Iraq. The American people did not approve.
That's why we elected Bush 2, to get Saddam

Never thought I'd see myself write anything like that, but there it is.
