Afghanistan Britian North Korea America needs to stop thinking it is a superpower on its own as it has got as far as it has because others have made an effort for it and rely on it. Ok China or Russia may be the next big thing now that America is cannibalising itself and fading but even as second best it still has a role to play in its voracious appetite of an economy No one has fought Afghanistan and lived long. The British empire collapsed after it took it on. Russia almost killed itself and America is on the same boat - trillions spend that will never be recouped. Britain is the only thing that stops everyone else tearing America to shreds as it still has players in almost every country and America in it's throws is alienating it which is dangerous. North Korea is not so much a direct threat but can indirectly kill America by choking it in it's own inflation. if South Korea and Japan were to be attacked then the drop in the stock exchange and the rise in prices would simply push the West over the edge

3 Issues
1. To stop invading, attacking and occupying nations that have done nothing to us in an attempt to rebuild our global credibility and to stay a world leader.
2. Devising a method by which all citizens have access to QUALITY healthcare. A large portion of our society is not healthy.. obese, diabetic, etc... a healthy nation is a prosperous one.
3. Bringing back the legislation requiring the media to give facts, be held accountable for false facts and to show a percentage of real news. Right now, the media is responsible for the ENORMOUS amount of false and twisted information that the poor public really believes is fact. We have become a country of ignorant idiots.
The best president would be Dennis Kucinich because he would fix all of the above 3 issues.
1. He does not believe in war without cause.
2. He wants to get rid of for-profit insurance for healthcare.
3. He is a Congressman and has already suggested bringing back this legislation.

1. Stopping the North American Union.
2. Immigration.
3. Getting us out from under the Federal Reserve so we no longer are slaves to the Banks and we can keep our hard earned money.
Ron Paul is the ONLY Candidate who is willing to deal with these issues.
How would they do it? Push legislation to declare that NAFTA is unconstitutional and takes away from our sovereignty as a nation. Get rid of the SPP and all the working groups.
Enforce our current immigration laws and totally close down the border until those laws started getting enforced. He is also willing to deport the illegal aliens who are here. They broke the law and are here illegal. PERIOD.
Ron Paul is wanting to go back to the "Gold Standard" and having ALL money created BACKED by the gold and NOT the Federal Reserve. The Federal Reserve and IRS is NOT Constitutional and keeps Americans as slaves to the institution and banks. I actually have done a lot of research and have asked the very same question in the past couple of days.

-Iraq War
-Abortion
-Immigration
I think that Mitt Romney is the man for this. His basic positions agree with mine about these issues:
Iraq- get the job done, give support to the troops, support the surge
Abortion- protect the life of innocent children, incorporate values and morals back into America
Immigration- guest worker program, monitor and track illegals

Reforming the government to serve the people, Banning lobbyist money from all government, Putting the USA first. And Ron Paul would do the best job, because he is the only one really talking about fixing the problems, everybody else is just saying what they need too so they can get elected.

NAFTA
Patriot Act
Iraq War
I haven't seen any candidate that can deal with these issues without the support of the congress! Non of the front runners are even going to discuss the first two because of the effect it would have on the people putting money in their pocket!

1. Monetary policy
2. Monetary policy
3. Monetary policy
Most of the answers you've received are based on the opinions found on television. Most of those opinions are paid for. The biggest problem in America and the world is that our banking system is unsustainable. We need to rethink the roles of money and government if we are ever going to be able to evolve

lack of world government
corrupt national bureaucracy
scientific research does not play adequate role in government
i like ron paul and obama
i loathe hillary
i don't pretend to know how any of them will act in office
the problem with fixing things here is that the money will leave and go somewhere where it can continue to behave unethically. we need to fix the entire world at once. world governments have failed traditionally for logistical reasons, but with modern innovations in communication and computation, they are now possible. (in theory)

1) FEAR .
2) FEAR .
3) FEAR !
Ok, let's see: FEAR of all the UnHoly, UnNamed TERRORISTS (who, I'm told, are Already living in our country because of our woefully unprotected borders!) has Forced me to be strip-searched before I could fly Alone from Phoenix to Las Vegas;
FEAR of our own Neighbors has caused us to double/triple lock our doors, our windows, put grates on our businesses, and has created a multi-billion dollar industry in business security and home invasion systems.;
FEAR has caused us to Willingly Forfeit my freedom to believe that my private communications will remain private, and to Willingly Forfeit my "constitutional guarantee" of due process;
FEAR of Reprisals has caused HUGE Increases in Auto Insurance rates, Product Liablility coverage, Medical Malpractice insurance, Homeowner's Liability coverage... Hell - we're even affraid to publically discipline our children for fear of a visit from Child Protective Services.
FEAR has caused us to Distrust EVERYBODY... we just Can't vote for a Female candidate, or a Black candidate, or a Liberal candidate, or a Conservative candidate because EVERYBODY has Neferious Agendas against EVERYBODY ELSE! We can't even vote for an Independent candidate, because, "well, heck, if he's so Independent then he Can't be one of US!";
WHO would be the best candidate to deal with these issues? Um.... beats me. All that the candidates will talk about are the Neferious Agendas of their opponents.
But, HOW will my "perfect candidate" go about addressing these "Issues"?
By standing up at a lecturn, looking the camera straight in the eye and stating, "This MADness must STOP! WE are Becoming OUR OWN WORST NIGHTMARE! These UN-UNITED STATES... of Strangers... and Foreigners... and Those Religious Zealots... and These Corporate Gangsters... and Those Environmental Freaks... and These Political Hucksters!
Man! Aren't you all just SICK OF IT ???
Aren't WE all just Sick to DEATH of being AFFRAID ?
