I'm female so I would have to go with the Professor. When I was younger (I am now 38), I used to have a crush on him.
I do think MaryAnn was prettier than Ginger. (She aged much better in real life too.)

Ah, that age old question. It has been a controversy for 40 years now.
I would rather have Mary Ann. And Dawn Wells still looks great. Tina Louise is in her seventies now and looks beat to death.

Tina Louise was hot about the time I was born. Her only appearance in movies I own is in "The Wrecking Crew".

I always preferred Mary Ann. More sensible, dark features, more approachable, more confident under duress. And then, the body was a mountain road's worth of curves.
