If it's a "back-handed" compliment, I don't mind being teased... much...
My family "teases" me because I'm a real pain-in-the-a.s.s. about words. If the newscaster says something that causes me to "rant" someone is sure to say "Spoken like an English Major." Otherwise, unless it's really a compliment in diguise, (sarcasm) I don't care for it. I don't tease, except in that way, cuz I don't think anyone really "likes" to be teased.
When? Anytime is okay, unless I'm in a rage; then it's NOT a good idea. }:>

If it is in fun and not to be mean then sure! I especially like to be teased when kissing! You know...that slightly teasing...really makes you want it more kind of teasing!!! Oh yeah...I like that kind a LOT!!! hehe =D

I do not mind being teased as long as the person who does the teas ing can take it as well as dish it out. There is nothing funnier and more deserving than to give someone who gives it out and cannot take it a dose of their own medicine.
