We are all on a diet, unless you are not eating at all- in which case you will die. Diet is The usual food and drink intake of a person or animal(whether healthy or not).
If one wants to/need to lose weight they must eat less and excercise more.To gain weight one must eat more and to maintain a healthy body weight one must consume the food needed for energy.(i.e. Keeping a balance between food and energy).
Maintaining a healthy weight is important for protection against obesity related illness and disability.

I eat healthy and exercise..... but a diet, no.
Diets don't work, you usually gain back all the weight plus an additional 5 pounds if you diet.

No- I'm not on a diet. I just like eating healthy foods and running. It makes me sick seeing people like celebs starving themselves for the "Perfect body". We need to realize that everyone's beautiful in their own way and if you are on a diet, make sure you know when you've gone too far.

A diet is the amount of food you intake each day, not the stupid thing everyone does to try to loose weight...so im pretty sure everyone has a diet...

Yeah I have to eat over 200 grams of protein a day. 100 or less carbs. 3 meals with 3 snacks.
What ever body weight you want to be multiply that by 1.2 and that's how many grams of protein you need. Works like a charm.

No but my cousin took Akavar it's like this weight-loss supplement she could eat all she wanted and didn't have to exercise she lost 9 lbs in a month

Everyday I monitor my food intake and control the portions of food that I eat. I also don't drink pop.
