Too much iron-fortified cereal and formula, huh?

My friend said that once she started her son on cow's milk it relieved his constipation.
Also, fresh fruits are a plus.

Firstly I hope this has resolved itself but a really good remedy for the future is some brown sugar maybe a tablespoon mixed into a couple of oz of warm water. Works a treat!

Cut out bread for a while, too much can bung them up. Try fresh orange or apple juice or fruit puree. If that doesn't work buy some Califig, it contains syrup of fig is is all natural

Up the fruit and veg. Plently of water. Massage the tummy in a clockwise direction to aid movement. Use something like organic sunflower oil for this.
