I was wondering, why Zapato's hair wasn't included in the DNA re: the dog hair that was found on Ji Min. David Chow was at the ranch many times & he met w/Ji Min. Is David setting Jack up?

I thought the same thing. But I figured that it was VICTOR who they should be suspicious of. Victor is an agressive man and boxing extrodinare. Everytime you see Victor in that Gym, he isn't on the bike or tredmill, he is beating the sh*t out of that bag! Now, seeing as how Jack went upstairs and talked Ji Min out of the interview by threatening his parents home, I am guessing Jack left, and then Victor paid him a visit. Victor found out that Jack was just there and taked Ji Min out of the interview that would have put Jack out of the Senate seat and in Jail for fraud. I see Victor getting out of hand, and so p*ssed off that he saw stars, and was going to punch Ji Min in the face, but missed with his punch and hit his throat instead and killed him.(or perhaps he strangled him screaming "Say you'll do the interview, Damn It! SAY IT!" lol ) Not wanting to get caught, he left Ji Min for dead with a Zapato hair. They are focusing on who had the most to loose with Ji Min doing the interview. But Ji Min was ALIVE and well when he canceled the interview. Who had the most to loose with Ji Min NOT doing the interview. Maggie should have picked that one up when she heard Jack say that during the course of his day that day, he did this, went here, heard that, and then Victor came over to "gloat about the interview". Maggie stopped him and said "a powerful man with millions in a Cosmetics Empire stopped by to Gloat about you being tattled on? Really?" Jack responded "Well, then you don't know Victor. He's the only one who really wanted this interview to happen"
Maggie brushed it off and asked him to continue.
Now, seeing that there was a dog hair on Ji Min, they should have looked to see who ALL had a dog in this "circle of friends" and would have seen that both Victor and Jack had the same kind of dog. But they didn't do a DNA test, they just narrowed the dog hair down to what KIND of dog it came from. Should they do a DNA test, they may find it's not Jacks dog after all.
Well this was fun. Enjoyed contributing!
Just my opinion. Cant wait to see how it turns out!
Angela ;-)

Maggie didn't do a DNA test on Victor's dog because Jack is the prime suspect. Jack is the person who stood to lose the most from Ji Min's interview. I really don't have a clue who killed Ji Min. Your idea that David might have set Jack up is a really good idea. I think David would do anything for Nikki. He seems to be obsessed with her.

I think they're just focusing on Jack right now. But sooner or later, they'll find out that Victor has a dog too and he'll have to be asked for DNA.

I think Brad did it. He is also a good boxer. And he has reason to set up Jack.
