Undertaker shouldn't change because he's retiring soon and it would not fit for him to change back to the American Badass.. but I agree they should speed up his entrance a bit..
Randy Orton should definitely change.. the kicking in the head gimmick makes him the most boring thing in WWE today.
Batista, Cena and Khali's gimmicks really suck they should change too..
Chris Masters needs a gimmick change and he could possibly get a push.. he needs a new finisher too
Funaki will always be the world's biggest jobber..
Also.....
Triple H should turn heel because he was more entertaining as a heel.
Kane is always better as a heel too

Let's see....
-Undertaker: he's been here for many years, he's put many people over, he's planning on retiring soon, and he's known best as "The Deadman". If Undertaker has a "fifteen minute" entrance, it's because he deserves it and worked his a** off.
-Funaki: personally, he should be used in the cruiserweight division or released; he's been doing nothing but being SmackDown's #1 jobber. He needs a gimmick or something.
-Batista: his gimmick is OK, but he needs to wrestle better in matches. The only thing unconvincing of his "animal" gimmick is his corporate attire outside matches.
-Khali: his gimmick is OK, but he's not a good wrestler. Personally, I don't care for him.
-Chris Masters: he needs to be wrestling more, and either the Masterlock needs to be modified (i.e. he locks the person in with his legs as well) or he needs a new finisher. The Masterlock challenge needs to be cut out of his character
-John Cena: bring him back as "the rapper", but cut out his gay jokes and don't make him rap before every match
-Randy Orton: the kicking to the head thing needs to end; Orton should be doing other moves as well, like attacking other limbs. He shouldn't attack legends too often, either.

Randy Orton will probably stay unrefined like he is now, and like many wrestlers of the attitude era are, one reason behind this being that a minimum amount of character flexibility is required for a live show like monday night raw.
Basically, Randy should be surrounded by a theme instead of becoming a theme himself.
For instance in "Orton's Nightmare", which could have begun with his title win at No Mercy, Orton might have started to be haunted by his early victims.
If you have seen the fan doing repedeatly a thumbs down thing during HHH's match, you probably know what i'm talking about. October 8th was a truly horrific night, and HHH then basically suffered the same treatment as Orton, only earlier.
What i suggest could happen is, many wrestling legends will progressively appear during his title defenses against the regular raw roster. In fact Randy killed so many legends and looks so obsessed with them, that he could have here a logical following in his character's mindset.
In sum one random legend would be rehired in the alumni and appear with his music theme on raw. That legend would of course haunt Orton and only him, doing his usual gimmick around the ring or in the hall. This would lead to a defeat in a non title match or a countout.
Meanwhile the haunting soul may or may not be one of Orton's previous victims. would mainly be a blast from Orton's (and the fans') chilhood memories.
To produce that storyline, Raw has many possibilities including a) the use holograms in the dark b) inviting a legend, and asking him to appear on the show WITHOUT a match because we know that many older wrestlers don't move at the same speed as they used to, hence they don't mix well with the actual roster and they can hardly sell a come-back.
Business-wise this can be a strong storyline, as the legends are expected to appear, and a double mystery is maintained after each episode (i.e who is going to appear next, and what will happen to Randy Orton). If the ratings climb as a consequence to this, Raw can invite bigger legends in each new episode until one openly challenges Orton with a clause stating: "I was garanteed the title belt many years ago if it had to be vacant again".
The unexpected challenger would not wrestle with Orton. Instead another legend and arch rival of the first, would show up and tell exactly the same thing: "I was garanteed the title belt if at one day it was made vacant again! Ooh yeaaahh!". Then vince is embarassed, so he shows up and debates for a while with these two intruders, while Orton is in a delirious state similar to David Flair's during the late 90s.
Vince then states that two legends cannot last on the raw roster, because this will lower the ratings. But a promise is a promise, and the belt has to be forfeited on that night. So an agreement is made. On the next episode of raw, a mirror match will have to happen. In one ring you'd have Orton and the #1 challenger, who would likely be HBK or HHH. In the other ring, you have the two legends. The first match to end gives a win to the actual wrestler mirroring the winner, and whatever happens, the two legends would be fired after that night. Basically this means that Orton could lose or regain his title, directly or indirectly, because of these two mysterious guys. This could also be the final chapter of Orton's nightmare and i'd see that happening before Survivor Series.

Definitily Randy Orton needs to change it. He has too much talent to be wasted doing the kick people in the head routine. The under taker should go back to the biker guy I loved that. Funaki should change also. Another good talent wasted on stupid gimmick. And don't even get me started on Khali.

Matt Stiker needs to change his profession (he might have been a real teacher in real life but he doesn't know how to wrestle let alone teach it), Big Daddy V, come on now what's up with that? Beth Phoenix, yeah she might be big boned but she could have called herself something better. John Cena, he's too white to even be associated with thuganomics, Randy Orton, that's just lame. Booker T, everyone knows who the real King of WWE is (Triple H). ANd last but not least, Vincent Kennedy McMahan. He's tring to hard to fit in with the young crowd. Maybe it's time for him to retire for good????
