It is a children's movie, from either the early eighties or the seventies. It involves two children that have special powers, one boy and one girl. They are trying to get to a mountain because of some returning memories, but they are unsure of exactly why until the end. They are assisted by an older man as they out run the law. In the end, it turns out they come from another planet.
