First off, use 1471 to find out what number they are phoning from (you may well get 'number withheld')

If you get a real number, contact your phone service provider and complain you are receiving nuisance calls from that number = and can they put a permanent block on it please.

They should do this for free.

You can also ask for all (incoming) 'number withheld' calls to be blocked (as well as premium rate outgoing) however chances are you will be charged about £2 per month for that.

For a start, they're Lloyds TSB, so chances are it's not genuine, they wouldn't use an automated service like that. It's probably a scam to connect you to a premium rate no. without your knowledge, until you receive the phone bill.

If you haven't already, you should ask BT to put a premium rate line block on your phone, it then stops any incoming or outgoing 090 calls.

Just hang up. If they leave a number on the message or on1471, contact Trading Standards. They will investigate the matter.

I think they have probably got their routing wrong .

It may be a 0845 number that has accidently been attached to your number,

Ring the bank helpline. I'm sure they will be very grateful

attempting to tell apart racial communities is racist by using definition. that is not substantial no rely if that is offensive--talking of black, white, and so on. is racist. some words are greater well mannered than others, yet that would not lead them to much less racist. (Ethnic communities are consistent with custom, so differentiating between ethnic communities isn't inevitably racist.)
