Tell him you are not interested to play because you are heterosexual.
If he is a real friend will back off and not bug you about it again.
You never ever do things you don't want to just because someone asked you to.In the same way you never ask someone to do anything they don't want to.
Accept your friend the way he is as he, (I hope), accepts you being hetero.
If he doesn't accept you this way,better find another friend

YOU need to draw a line with him and tell him "We're are friends...nothing more". He may test you after that just to find out if you are truely not interested so you need to keep yourself as far away from misleading him if you don't have any intentions towards him.
