All the time! In 7th grade, this kid I sat behind never washed behind his ears, and he had this nasty crusty thing growing on him...so now I'm paranoid..and I wash my ears like 3 times a day! And then, when I am done washing behind them, I rub my ears down with rubbing alcohol!

Every shower I take some time to wash behind the ears...that's an often neglected part of the body which we should all take note of
