If i guy really likes a girl this happens to all of us.If he just looking for sex and does not care will have no problem.That `s why the jerks get all the woman.

alot of reason
1. She will have a boyfriend and she would tell him. It has happen to me before
2. She will think I want her number so I could call her up for sex
3. She may just be so pretty that I feel like Im the most ugly guy ever.

This very thing was explained to me by a so-so looking guy a few years back. He said that he only asked out women that he thought would go out with him, that he just didn't want to waste his time anymore and get turned down. So he just went out with so-so looking women. I told him that I didn't think that was a good idea and that a lot of good looking women sit dateless while their so-so looking friends are dating all the time. So he said, "Do you want to go out?" I smiled and looked for the right thing to say cause the answer was no. And he said, "See what I mean!"
BUT, I didn't want to go out with him because he wasn't really good looking. I didn't want to go out with him because he just wasn't my type of guy plus dating at work is just plain stupid.
