I believe it is around 25-41 years old because when you start hitting your 40's and 50's your mind starts slowing down and you become less aware of your surroundings. You also find it harder to remember things and usually feel as if you have forgotten something. Another thing is that most adults in their 40-50's are always out of fashion and style so when they do something they did when they were teens it seems weird or makes them look silly. Yeah 25-41 years is considered middle aged. At least now it is

It would depend on the average lifespan of a given family. Some members of a family live till 100 while others only to their 80's or 70s even. It would also depends how one makes the quality of their life longer though seeking help for age diseasing problems etc. . Give or take I would say after 46 would be the beginning stages of mid life.
