Okay so is it for xbox 360? I hear its similar to Fable? Can I get married on there? Can i be a female? Can i buy houses? Have kids? And if u have any suggetions, please tell me any games u think are good and similar to fable 2, not Oblivion The Elder Scrolls

Sorry, the answer to ALL of the above BUT "Can I be Female?" is no.
Guild Wars is a fee-free MMORPG closer to World of Warcraft than to Fable (which is a traditional RPG). It is currently only available on the PC. You can choose to be a female version of any of the classes, and you can set-up a guild hall, but that is as close as it comes. You can't decorate your guild hall, you just choose what it looks like, upgrades to the guild halls are in the form of merchants that sell things to members.
As for game suggestions, that will be a little hard, Fable is still a pretty unique game.
I'd try My Sims or The Sims 2. While there is no combat in either game, you can do a lot of things in them. The Sims 2 allows marriage, kids, moving, and buying houses. (Though each family can only own one house at a time.)
Jade Empire and the Knights of the Old Republic games and are quite possible the closest matches available with combat. They allow you to be male or female, good or evil, and allow you to get a close relationship with other characters (but not married). You can't buy houses in either one though, or have kids.
If you have a gamecube, I'd recommend maybe Harvest Moon: Magical Melody. There's no combat, being a farming sim, but you can do everything you mentioned above in it.

GuildWars - NOT available on consoles. Not really similar to Fable. No marriage. You can be female. You cannot buy a house, but you can buy a guildhall. No kids.

It is for PC, you can get married if you are exremely sad, you can be female, no, no just play the sims and finally why don't you just keep playing fable?

Guild Wars isn't for you then. It sounds like you want something girly like The Sims. Guilds Wars is an RPG fighting game.
