If you want to have pictures appear on Google image search you first need to upload them onto your website or blog.
When you do that, use an appropriate keyword as the name of the image (yourphoto.jpg), then use the alternate text associated with image properties to describe the photo with your keyword/s. Lastly write some keyword rich text about the photo. That way when someone inputs a keyword/s into image search, your photo will be amongst the results. That is provided the website/blog is indexed by Google.

Both of the above answers are correct, but you might want a little more detail.
Search sites have computer programs that wander through then entire network, taking notes about everything they find. These are called 'spiders' or 'crawlers' (it is, after all, 'the web') -- although Google calls theirs 'Googlebot'. Most of the results you see in a search were never submitted, they were just found by these crawlers. (The biggest exception are videos and the books that Google is scanning).
So any image you put on a website should, eventually, show up in their database. It is possible to politely request the crawlers to 'keep out', so some websites keep their contents out of search databases. I'm not sure of this, but I don't recall ever seeing an image come from eBay, so they might ask crawlers to ignore the images that people put there (or I just might not have noticed).
If you want to make sure that a website is seen and indexed by Google, they provide a way of doing so -- see the link below. This should almost never be necessary, and anyway you should only do it for websites you control.

Your website has to be on google and have the image, and even then it may not show up. Good luck!
