Yes. I had an xray done and apparently the top of my spine is straight and has lost its curvature. My chiropractor advised me to roll up a towel very tightly and put it under my neck while lying down on my back for 15 minutes twice a day. He also said not to fall asleep because you will have a very stiff and sore neck if you do!

Yeah, the "Pain in the neck" Houdini, is out of her cage. She lives with one of our Cockatoos and enjoys his company enormously, but right now, is sitting on my lap. Was biting on the neckband of my T-shirt a few moments ago.
