When I use bead release I still cant get the bead to release from the mandrel, it either sticks to were I cant remove it or it break into pieces. Can anyone help me please.

The best bead release is a topic of endless discussion among bead makers. If you are using commercial low expansion mandrels and soft glass, then a common answer is to soak the whole end. Heating in hot water and pulling will perhaps expand the bead more than the metal and allow getting it off.
If you are constantly getting the beads on so tight that they break, then you are probably not using a thick enough layer of release.

what kind of glass are you using? bead release? mandrel? and are you annealing properly?
