So I turn 21 on the 22nd of OCT. I don't have a whole lot of money to spend (so going somewhere is out of the question) I was thinking about having people to come over to my place the weekend after, but I have no clue what we should do, most of my friends are underage and don't drink... and we're not the 'party type' and we all hate clubs... so those too are out of the question... any ideas?

I'll probably have a drink on my b-day, but I'm not going to get trashed... I have exams the next day, and classes from 9:30 until 5. This is why I was going to wait until the weekend to do anything big.. I'll probably drink during the weekend, but I also wanna do something where the sober people will still be able to have fun.

well, if drinking is no big deal, then i don't see how turning 21 is any big deal either, so why don't you just celebrate it like a regular birthday? maybe have a drink for yourself and those who can drink, a toast or something, and that's it? why stress it? go to the movies or something else you would normally do for fun. you don't have to have a lot of money just to go to the movies and have one drink. or, like you said, have a small get together at your house.
