Whats wrong with my arm hair?

I noticed last year that a patch of my hair on my arm was gone or there was very little stubbles. Well i started to grow back but then it fell out again a couple months ago. What is going on, is there something wrong?

Sometimes a hormone imbalance can cause hair loss but the only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
