it's possible that one of your milk ducts is plugged a little, some women do start producing a little milk early on. I recommend you use a warm pack and I'm not being pervish but you could massage the area too and see if you feel a lump which would mean a clogged duct.

I think it is quite normal. Are they leaking colostrum yet? If not you may try massaging it as the ducts could be blocked and this may cause the pain. Don't worry about it, warm packs may help. Best of luck!

sore boobs....welcome to pregnancy sometimes mine hurt so bad it feels like im having serious chest pains and if it is cold out nipples kill me pretty sure its a regular thing if not i need to see whats going on too lol

my nipples and breasts are super sore and im only 7weeks. i can't have anything or anyone put pressure on them. too painful
