I think it is quite normal. Are they leaking colostrum yet? If not you may try massaging it as the ducts could be blocked and this may cause the pain. Don't worry about it, warm packs may help. Best of luck!

sore boobs....welcome to pregnancy sometimes mine hurt so bad it feels like im having serious chest pains and if it is cold out nipples kill me pretty sure its a regular thing if not i need to see whats going on too lol
