In Pharmacology, all drugs have two names, a trade name and generic name. For example, the trade name of Tylenol also has a generic name of Acetaminophen. Aleve is also called Naproxen. Amoxil is also called Amoxicillin and Advil is also called Ibuprofen.
The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful consideration by a team of government experts, it recently announced that it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin. Also considered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixaizin, Dixafix, and of course, Ibepokin.
Pfizer Corp announced today that Viagra will soon be available in liquid form, and will be marketed by Pepsi Cola as a power beverage suitable for use as amixer. It will now be possible for a man to literally pour himself a stiff one. Obviously we can no longer call this a soft drink, and it gives new meaning to the names of 'cocktails', 'highballs' and just a good old-fashioned 'stiff drink'. Pepsi will market the new concoction by the name of:

Thought for the day: There is more money being spent on breast implants and Viagra today than on Alzheimer's research. This means that by 2040, there should be a large elderly population with perky boobs and huge erections and absolutely no recollection of what to do with them.

Yeah it is funny - yuck yuck!!

However it points to something which needs serious attention.

Does anyone know who is studying the connection between the effect on mortality of the use of these substances, and how can we get those statistics into the public eye?

Now, to answer your question for a name for the drink: How do you like "Stiffed!" ?

As a former RPh I can say it has been around a while , but yeah its funny! Guess what? It will soon be generic!! The most sure sign a drug is going generic, a new form, sustained release, or the new more stabilized form giving a more area under the curve so to speak (a little pharmacokinetic humor)! Do you know what has always worked better and LONGER than any of the Viagra's or EDD's? A cough syrup called Tussinex. Problem is, it is controlled cause it has hydrocodone in it. But it is not just the HC. There is something about the suspension. It also has a antihistamine called Phenyltoloxamine which can be found in an OTC pain reliever called Percogesic or Phenylgesic, but this is not consistent. The Tussinex also has Acetaminophen. But it is something else is the sugar suspension, in the inactive ingredients. And it is POTENT and make Viagra look like candy. At least in the ability to go on and on and on and on. But being a C-III it is closely watched. If the company could figure this out, millions, millions, if it didnt have to have the narcotic in it.

'Floccinochinihilipilification' (probably) - the act of estimating as worthless.
'May thou arise more powerful from each foreign stroke' - 'Rule Britannia'.
