Count to ten. If still angry count to 100. This gives one time to calm down a bit before responding out of anger. It is a good method of practice to get into. Because one saves a lot of energy and hurtful words directed to another out of spite or anger.

They yell, threaten, throw things, complain, lie, slander, drive recklessly, blow their horns, scheme, gossip, backstab you, stop talking to you, vandalize, they do it all.

Grind their teeth and get all red in the face, their eyes about to bulge outta their sockets, and it seems like you can see steam come outta the ears....
