It`s the old Hitler scam ; " It you tell the people a lie , and you tell it long enough , then the people will eventually believe it to be true " which is why the liberal Socialist Bias` Media never lets up on the lies` that they print over , and over , and over again. As you can see , by some of the answers` you are receiving ; it is working and working very well !

All I have ever said is that, whether it is man made or not, global warming is happening and steps need to be taken to deal with the ramifications. I don't think that is irrational unless you still deny that our weather is truly messed up. Al Gore has just made the world aware that they need to prepare for a changing globe and how it will effect the lives of us all. If you don't understand the ramifications, look up the little ice age and see what all happened because of it.

"I don't recall."
Questioning scientific fact is irrational.
EDIT:
"man made global warming is not scientific fact but you want to believe it because a liberal said it so whoever said its scientific fact i pity your lack of ability to think for yourself
Why do you libs agree with everything a lib says at least conservatives are intellectually honest"
Answer:
It is universally accepted scientific fact. The large majority of Scientists agree with this, Not libs, scientists.
If you want to continue to get your scientific facts from political pundits, save your pity for yourself.

here's an opinion coming from the middle...
I don't believe anyone who seriously comes here, and isn't just here to attack the other side's opinions, believes their personal view is irrational. Global warming or climate change, whatever you want to call it, does exist.
And I don't know a soul who doesn't agree with that. Whether it is happening faster because of the existence of humans or not seems irrelevant to me.
Would you consider that to be irrational too?

Huh?
There's physical proof that the average temperature of the earth is directly related to the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere.
There's physical proof that the levels of CO2 are higher now than every before.
There's physical proof that man's combustion of fossil fuels is putting more CO2 in the air than can be removed by plants.
I could go on for pages, but it seems obvious to me that global warming is well-documented, and the only ones that disbelieve it are irrational, selfish, and ignorant.

The only irrational bitterness I'm hearing is from idiots denying that the arctic ice really isn't melting, and that islands in Asia really aren't shrinking.
