Depends on the trailer and location.Like everything else has individual qualitites.
Check out the plumbing to see it works good.Also the window and roof.Look closely at the doors and does it have under pinning and storm windows? No roof leaks?
If it's in good condition....a home is what you make it.

If the manufactured home has been maintained, you shouldn't have any problems, at least no more than you'd run into with a stick built house.
Two acres of land sounds like you'll have plenty of room and the price seems pretty good.

They seem to attract tornadoes.
I lived in one for three days. On the third day, there was a tremendous hailstorm. It sounded a lot like being on the inside of a garbage can that was rolling down a gravel hill.
In my view, a mobile home is only a little better than living in a tent.
