I listen to music any thing screaming like From A Second Story Window(i love them)
i write songs for my band
sometime I may practice my color guard routines if I'm really stress

hehe,
i practice my colorguard routines to relieve stress, too.
it works really well,
there's something about getting some fresh air and whipping around a flag that relaxes you.
some other things i do are listen to music or take a nice nap.

Hot bath while listening to music, go to a bookstore and browse, eat something bad, smoke some weed ( which I don't do alot ), I use to drink, but that only makes thing worse, watch a good movie.
