No, you most likely would not be able to get an attorney to take your case to sue them, but you can stop going there.
Plus you can write a letter to the corporate office... I did this and got a bunch of coupons for more McDonald's stuff - which I gave away since I had stopped going there.
Contact number are: http://www.mcdonalds.com/contact/contact_us.html
Be sure to be polite in the letter, have dates, times, store number or address and give specific issues.

You can always sue. It's whether or not you have even a chance of winning -- or get saddled with court costs, etc., due to frivolous lawsuits, is the question.
If you are literally getting sick due to their cooking/sanitation, then you might have a shot at it. You would need clear documentation: what you bought, when, the condition, and what resulted -- especially if further harm was done, such as missed work directly attributeable to consumption of their product, or having to see a doctor or pay for medicine because of illness due to it.
If you think they're incompetent and their food is unpleasant, and are just figuratively sick of it, well, you could theoretically sue in small claims court to recover the cost of the food. I rather doubt you'd get anything, especially if you keep returning to buy more (rather like the old joke: "The food here is awful! And the portions are so small!" Why keep eating if it is indeed so bad?)
Simplest and most effective, I suspect, if you just think they're incompetent and bad quality: write a letter documenting your issues to the corporate division, if you hope to see an improvement so you can keep eating there. Or stop eating there and find somewhere else to buy your food.

Technically you can sue anyone for anything. You'd have a hard time finding a lawyer to take your case or a judge to actually hear you case though. Plus, they aren't forcing you to eat there. Why don't you try making your own egg sandwiches. Then they'll be exactly as you want

I Agree/Dont Agree. human beings could desire to understand that Mcdonalds is particularly undesirable. Its no longer meant to be a known handle. I mean this is what proportion energy a typical Cheeseburger, fries, and Soda: Cheeseburger 3 hundred French Fires - 230 Soda - one hundred fifty If human beings study The Calorie factor extra oftent his wouldnt happend. yet in addition it must be mcdoanld's fault. they could desire to have extra healthy ingredients. perhaps a sparkling form of Burger? a Low fat one? perhaps Fries? That Arnt severe in sodium or fat? Yeah They Do Have Salads...yet seem at their energy the backside they have in salads is a hundred and forty without DRESSING. actual I Do locate it Kinda stupid for persons sueing them, yet I additionally locate it stupider that persons might sell nutrition that starts like diabetes.

Don't be so petty... and NO you can't SUE McDonalds for a wrong order.... you have a choice.. either by food at McDonalds or go SOME PLACE ELSE... so you would immediately have your big LAWSUIT tossed out of the court.

I don't think you can sue them but call and tell the manager everytime it happens and you will be getting your $$ back a lot or free food. It's a shame we pay money for stuff and it either sucks or the person waiting on you hates the world. Or it is just nasty...

Can you imagine any attorney who would actually go to court for you against McDonald's? I can't.
You choose to eat at McDonald's, who's fault is that?....a smart person might stop going somewhere that continually gets their order wrong.

If you get an uncooked order, take it back, tell them to work this out or your going to call the fed. trade commission or the FDA or something threatening. Go in and order your food after that, they will see its you and make better effort. PS. burger king is better.
