not that that helps, but...
you shouldnt feel depressed about this though, there will be time later to have a serious relationship. and if you need one now, try to make at least a little bit of time. work out a deal with your parents so you dont have to look after your brother constantly, or maybe hire someone. they likely wont understand the situation, so that might not work, but you can always try.

What you have taken upon yourself is a huge responsability, Surely he has a carer? Apart from you, it is important that you have a social life too. See if you can arrange for someone to look after him one evening a week. No one your age should have that kind of responsability, try and arrange some time out to do something you enjoy and contact social services, you may be entitled to a secondary carers allowance. use the internet to get in touch with friends,
p.s HUGS!!!!

Explain to your mother that you need some time for yourself and independance. Give her some reasons why you should go out with friends and why it would be good. You can also contact a nanny service or a familt memeber that can help you take care of your brother while your out and let your mom know that you found all of that info yourself, cause your capable...
GOOD LUCK!!

Don't blame your brother on this.
Your parents are responsible for him.
You are a member of the family and have to babysit him sometimes, but now that you are getting older, you will have to explain to your parents that Friday night and/or Saturday night must be your's to have time to go out on a date or go be with your girlfriends.

if you are sixteen... stop with the ALL MY LIFE syndrome you have yet to begin to live. if you want to get out/get a break from your brother....where are the parents. and you can contact a respite facility to have someone come in to give you a break. don't rush life girl.
