That we have control over our lives…and that each and everyone of us is a god in his own little universe. What an illusion!!!

The primary aspect of the illusion that we are in is the belief that we will live for ever although we know that we can never be too sure of the next moment. In this illusion we forget the very purpose for which we have been given the human birth and remain caught in the eternal cycle of birth-life-death-rebirth.

The primary aspect of the illusion we are in is that "we are in"! knowing fully well that nothing is eternal, life is a bubble, and nothing is "Permanent" we plan, preach and practice. We know that this is the layer differentiating reality with the myth or illusion but still "we are in" the layer!

Emotional, i.e. electrochemical reactions.

We experience/misperceive a repetitive holographic pattern of relationships - based on subconscious beliefs about existential safety embedded through sensory input in the form of emotionally charged defining moments with other egos.

This electrochemistry (body level/heart) produces an electromagnetic field that our brains then react to in a closed loop. Thought patterns and misperceptions are triggered (electrochemical synapses between neurons) by this self-generated field.

Hence the necessity of meditation/contemplation for controlling the physical/mental automatic responses - seemingly triggered by the environment/others, while in reality we are doing it to ourselves. Becoming the OBSERVER of the system is the only way to consciously close down the 3D hologram, which allows it to be replaced by one unified with authentic being (Christ Self) as opposed to the conditioned identity.

Ignorane upon the reality, and the true nature of ones self which is not at all different from the ultiomate reality. The Upanishads call this illusion maya and the cause of it avidya.

SURVIVAL. Our brain has created various illusionary bonding paradigms (religion, love, beauty) to help us survive. Life can be hard. Humans have developed bonding to a level commensurate with their intelligence and consciousness. This elevated bonding has allowed them to struggle and endure the difficulties which befall them.
Daniel Gilbert said,"Illusion, telling ourselves that our reality is good, is our psychological immune defense against unhappiness."
