How do I begin? The Patriot Act violates the constitutional right of being free of unlawful searches and seizures. The FISA court have become a rubber stamp for the administration. The suspension of habeas corpus puts all our lliberties in jepordy. But the most damaging law is actually the fact that the administration does seem to think any law applies to them. Signing statements saying the administration will ignore any law it wishes is the most dangerous legal action in the country today. And YES it is still in effect today

The 21st amendment to the Constitution, repealing the 18th.
All one has to do is look honestly at the resulting death toll from auto accidents, at the malnourished children and marital violence resulting, at the murders and suicides and rapes and robberies, the lost work time resulting in higher prices for all, and other evils, that this amendment engendered.
And look at what it did to our present President!!
The facts of the proven benefits of the 18th Amendment are available, but copies of the material are hard to find because it has disappeared from most libraries, checked out and never returned.

As a Brit. I don't know that much about US law that I would be able to comment on the worst.
I can tell you what one of your best is; and that would be, "Contributing to the delinquency of a minor", forgive me if that's not exactly right.
We could really do with that one in the UK.

Hmmm... so many to choose from.
14th Amendment that gives illegal alien invaders the ability to be rewarded for dropping their anchor babies here is pretty bad.
Americans with Disabilities Act, which allows handicapped people to sue you out of existence just because your bathroom mirror's an inch too high is pretty offensive, too.
