You've heard of the 'KISS' principle right? Keep It Simple Stupid, or as I used to say when teaching, Keep It Simple and Specific works the best with me.
You say the words, "I love you." After that, it becomes a matter of saying it every chance you get. Especially when either or both are angry. Remembering that you really do love each other can make even the worst situation seem minor when love is involved.

I am very impressed with your question. I was wondering, how I missed this question.
I thought for while, how someone can express their love.
Once you love your voice gets chocked in front of the person whom you love.
Hence you should not depend on your sound chord.....
Thought thought for while.... finally I could only see one thing which can really convey your love them ....
Just keep looking at them .....

Just go up to them and tell them you love them and you only think about them. And when you are away from them you think of them and a big smile comes across your face.

I have trouble with that too. I'm suming you anyone but a blood relative :]. Ok so, it depends on what you really think. If you really love them, you'll just blurt it out. Most people do, but as a joke and they may not mean it.

You can give them something very important...And try to write a card ...indicating u loved them...
