with 0 being no pain at all, to 10 which is the worst pain you can imagined
mine(recently) was when i had to have collagen injection for my acne scars...the doctor was using the needle to prick my face!!!! and he did it numerous times( more then 20 for sure )...i did not make a sound but tears naturally just formed from the pain...
i rank it a 6/10 for the pain( although its still really VERY VERY painful i swear )

I had pancreatitis, a gall stone had passed into my pancreas and got stuck and infected the pancreas. I was on so much morphine I didn't know what happened for five days~before they admitted me it was the WORSE pain I have ever felt~10times worse that giving natural child birth which I have done with BOTH of my kids!!!!!!!!!! NOT GOOD
I rank that on a scale of 8.5 out of 10!!!

When I went in for my last spinal tap (and I intend to make that my last) the Dr. shoved the needle in so deep it was hitting my spine, so every time I moved, it hurt all over! Definitely an 11 for pain. Never again will I do that no matter what.

My worst pain was the day I had major surgery. When I woke up later that day, the nurses aids got me out of bed and helped me walk down the hallway. I had 24 staples in my belly and was in a lot of pain.

I would say that giving birth would be the worst physical pain for me. I would rate it a 10 on my pain scale.
My son was 9lbs. 10oz. and 23 1/2 in. long and he got stuck!!! My epidural didn't work so I felt all of it!!!

When I got my wisdom teeth pulled that was a mother. Yeah they put me to sleep and gave me novacaine but after words grrrrr... I couldn't eat for a week and could barely open my mouth. I give it a 5.5 because people have had worse pain than teeth getting pulled.

A nail went thru my knee, then it cutted both ways and i had to have it pulled out at the emergency. I would say, 8/10

i had major back surgery and it was terrible cuz my nurse was so mean to me. she would like make me roll over and i would start screaming cuz it hurt so bad.
on a scale of 1-10 it was a 7
