"Baby Boomers" are a generation I am one of them born between 1945 to I'd say 1960, before the birth control pill.

After the war there was an explosion of babies being born, all of a sudden there were more children than adults in most countries, now it is starting to affect the population because we are starting to retire from work, in great numbers, just like when we started school we were in such great numbers, our smal town had to add two rooms to our school, also high school was so cramped some of the classes were conducted in Acco (trailer type) buildings. Our classes were from 35 to 40 students every class.
