My cousin is throwing a baby shower for me but, was interested in knowing if I wanted to have a specific theme. Some of her suggestions were it's a boy, winnie the pooh and the moon and stars. Does anyone know any others or have seen these themes done and how they turned out thanks.

A theme ussually tells you what to choose when you are shopping for decoration, also can help you with games, food and favors.
You can choose the Clothesline Shower as a theme and put a string yarn from one corner of the room to another, hang out baby cloth for decoration.
With clothesline theme you can use the items as presents for the baby. You will aprecciate it.
These little cloth could be used to do the Multi-Tasking Mom Game also. Have guests compete to see who can get the most clothes off the clothesline in 30 seconds while holding a baby doll and talking on a cordless phone.
You can have onesies cookies, a centerpiece made of baby socks...
Winnie the pooh is really cute, remember all the stuff you can use as decoration and then keep them for the baby!

When my friend had a boy we did a nautical them with dark blues, red and cream colors. We had baby bottles filled with blue sand and sea shells, along with sail boats sitting on rope on the tables. We made the punch look like blue water from the ocean. It turned out pretty neat, and everyone liked it.

My sisters theme for her baby shower was Blue Jean Teddy. (She had a boy) It was super cute!
