For me I think its Darth Vader, especially when you just hear the "breathing sound" no doubt it always will be known as Darth Vader

It's a matter of opinion. In my mind it's Hannibal Lector. Anthony Hopkins just brought him to life. Hopkins truly made me believe that he was a psychopath.
Although, Darth Vader is also unforgettable.
