One cup of White Vinegar to a spray bottle that has been rinsed out add about two to three big squirts of dishwashing liquid then fill the remainder with warm water, then just spray the cupboards or spray on the cloth or sponge and clean no rinsing required unless preferred to. Good Luck !

The best thing I have found to use is 1 part white vinegar to 2 parts warm water. Since your dishes & food will be in the cupboards you don't want to use something that could make you ill. If the greasey film is a bit more stubborn adjust the amount of white vinager you are using. It's a natural cleaner & best of all it's CHEAP! I also line my cupboard shelves with new contact paper, I'm married to a germ a phobic guy who obsesses over stuff like this.

There is a product I get at the Dollar Store called Mean Green. It is the greatest de-greasing product I've used, and is safe on paint. That will help loosen up the sticky crumbs too, so it all should just wipe off!

A product called TSP. It comes in a carton (looks like a milk carton) and is powder form, just mix with water. Good product used to clean walls of grease and dirt before you paint. I have used this on many other things also. Can be found at Home Depot,Lowes, or even meijers

Yuck... I know the feeling!
I use Mr. Muscle kitchen spray cleaner....it works great...
Not sure where you live..if u can't get Mr. Muscle than any other kitchen spray cleaner should do the trick..they degrease perfectly. For extra scouring use a teflon sponge if needed. Do use rubber gloves...it sounds icky...(glad I don't need to do it).
Happy cleaning!

Mean Green (sold everywhere) works great. Also hot water and vinegar works wonders. Apply it, let it set for a short time and everything should come right off.

You might want to get one of those little hand-held brooms or even a vacuum-cleaner attachment in there before you go in with the cleaner. It sounds like you got your house from some dirty people!
Good luck!
