cold hands because if you touch someone they scream. your feet should never be on anyone.

I would say "cold feet" because of the negative connotation that goes along with it. If someone has "cold feet" before the wedding ceremony, they may walk out on you. And that is devastating.
On the other hand, cold hands can be warmed if they're in the hands of the one you love! And that is a good thing!

For me having cold feet is worse. Plus its easier to run warm water over your hands than feet.
