Why would we help you with possibly committing crimes?? If you're really interested, learn to be a locksmith, but somehow I don't think you're wanting to be a legitimate business person.

1. I know how to make them but i will not share my knowledge of lock picking (i am not a thief)
2. i know how to pick a lock (cause Ive locked myself out of my house a few too many times so i looked it up) but i will not share the info cause im not sure what you would use it for.
3.Yes they are illegal cause duh what do you use them for. Ofcouse u could always make ur own if u knew what the tools look like and if u knew what u need

It would be a long winded explanation at the police station should you get caught with lock picking tools, if you are not a licensed locksmith.

I believe they are legal if you are a licensed locksmith. And licensed locksmiths do not usually make their own tools.
